Sample Policy
We provide free samples to serious and genuine customers
for assessment. While requesting the samples, please send
us your company profile, trade identification number,
complete contact details with website URL, and your specific
requirement of steel balls. Normally, we provide samples
in quantities sufficient for judgement. Larger samples
are sent only against specific requirements and on freight
collect (to pay) basis. However, the freight cost is deducted
from the first invoice to the customer.
